What I Do

I do a wide range of works from- Managing and Maintaining websites, Publishing content, Planning, design, testing of information architecture for websites & databases, apps, cloud server architecture.

I implement website/database/apps strategies from scratch or can lead, drive, deliver and test projects between stakeholders if someone has left out the project in the middle of ongoing project.

I install content management systems and various software’s including configurations of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power virtual agents, Power apps, power platform.

I produce Power BI reports & data visualization from various data sources including SQL, Azure.

I drive digital campaigns on websites, publish content, setup of google analytics & reporting.

I perform Usability Testing, QA & Functional Testing for Websites and Mobile Apps

My Career Experiences

In my career history, from 2004-2020, I have done a wide range of works from- Planning and design of information architecture for websites & databases, apps, cloud server architecture, Implementing website/database/apps strategies, content management systems, its security, testing, configuration, managed and designed various front end and back end systems, deployed & configured software’s including Microsoft office SharePoint server, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power virtual agents, Power apps, power platform. Analysed and extracted data from excel sheets, SQL, Azure platform to produce Power BI reports & data visualization. Worked with Azure DevOps in an agile project delivery. Created chat bot for websites, configured AWS, IAM, amazon web services portal.

I have worked on projects based on power automate, azure data lake, power virtual agents, managed various website content systems, website hosting, SSL security, Implemented search engine optimization, managed agile project life cycles, performed testing & delivery, implemented e-commerce strategy on websites, created and implemented newsletter strategy, drove digital campaigns on websites, published content, did the setup of google analytics & reporting, led various development ICT projects ,performed user acceptance testing, liaised with external stakeholders and internal stakeholders, managed software vendors, did media monitoring years ago, rsvp for ministerial events , leaded marketing & communications initiatives in early stages of my career, created server-less stack API, react polling app on GitHub, app on amazon cloud using amazon beanstalk, agile project delivery, project testing, noSQL etc.
